Wow, I am really doing this!!!

Welcome to all who may read this. This blog has been years in the making (due to my constant procrastination..lol).

So I guess our journey begins now. I started this blog for 3 main reasons.

1.  To help or give encouragement to mothers who are homeschooling their child/ren. Unfortunately I really haven’t seen that many African American households with middle school or high school children who homeschool on YouTube or Social Media. Not to say there isn’t any, I just haven’t come across many. So I wanted to document our journey (mistakes and all) to maybe be helpful to someone who may need it.
2. We love to travel whether it’s local or long distance, as long as we are not sitting at home I am happy. So why not write and post lots of pictures of our adventures.
3. We are a crafting and creative family. We do everything to making soaps to drawing (I don’t draw but my daughter does). I try to D.I.Y. everything. I love positive feedback and new ideas or projects to do.
